In this hands-on class you will join Kim & Tim Rumberger and hand-grind the natural ingredients to create the quintessential accompaniment to any Holiday meal with this ancient and traditional Cranberry Orange Relish recipe. After helping make the compote you will taste the relish with various compatible crudities, plus take home a jar to share with your family. This class meets in the Culinary Arts Center on the main level of the Education Wing.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
