Provençal conjures up images of sun beaten farmhouses, fields overflowing olive trees, the deep yellows of thousands of sunflowers and row upon rows of fragrant lavender. Country roses, farmhouse whites and earthy reds to be enjoyed with artichoke fritters, cured tuna, roast lamb with tapenade and a variety of French cheese from the Chatham Cheese Company.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
