Introducing the basics of the Italian Cucina. During the three course series students will learn the foundation of the Italian kitchen.
The first class will focus on fresh pasta and making ravioli and other shapes along with basic tomato sauce. The second course participants will learn to make gnocchi and a spinach ricotta gnocchi known as malfatti. Our final class will focus on risotto and the risotto mozzarella filled croquettes called arancini.
