Getting It Done: Coaching You Forward w/ Elizabeth Hall

Dr. Elizabeth Hall has been successfully coaching clients to “Getting It Done” for over twenty years.  She is a professional co-active coach, trained through the Coaches Training Institute, which is considered the “gold standard” of coach training (IOC, McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School Affiliate).  She has a doctorate in behavior science, specializing in motivational interventions, and has qualifications in individual and group coaching, personality and interest testing, trauma and crisis response and grief coaching and counseling.

Her talk will include learning about being present and attentive to our mind, spirit, heart and body when approaching life choices and change; our life purpose, values, and fulfillment; positive perspectives; and the voice of our saboteur.  Don’t miss out!
