Fiction Reading: Manuel Gonzales

Manuel Gonzales is the author of THE MINIATURE WIFE AND OTHER STORIES, which was awarded the Sue Kaufman Prize for First Fiction and the John Gardner prize for fiction, and the novel, THE REGIONAL OFFICE IS UNDER ATTACK!, which was awarded an Alex Award by the Young Adult Library Services Association. He has taught creative writing and literature at the University of Kentucky, the Institute of American Indian Arts, Queens University’s Latin American Low Residency program, the Tin House Summer Writers Workshop, and the Bennington College Writing Seminars. He recently joined the literature faculty at Bennington College.
