This class will focus on multiband compression, what it is used for, and when/why to use it. Multiband compression is a popular tool and technique used with today's music. We will discuss in more detail the elements of compression, limiting, and its use across narrower spectrums. This class meets in the Night Owl Recording Studio on the lower level of the Education Wing.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
