Eventide Arts Songwriting Competition

Eventide Theatre Company’s Songwriting Competition is an opportunity for songwriters, musicians, and performers to win cash and prizes, further their careers, and gain recognition in the music industry.

2016 Songfest Entry Rules.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS & PAYMENT IS MARCH 15, 2016, 11:59p.m.

The 2016 award and performance ceremony will take place at the 100-person capacity Cape Cod Media Center in Dennis Port, MA. on Saturday, April 2, 2016 @ 7:00 pm.

First place will be awarded in each category:

• Overall grand prize winner will receive $500
• Overall runner up winner will receive $250
• Overall second runner up winner will receive $100
• Overall Director’s Choice winner will receive $100

(You must be present to perform at the award’s ceremony to be eligible for prize money)

Eventide Arts is a 501(c)3 independent organization that presents plays, concerts, lectures, and mixed media events to promote the understanding of social diversity, music, dance, and the art of playwriting and songwriting.
